MORE Health, Inc. (“MORE Health”), is committed to protecting patient and user privacy. This privacy statement applies to the data collected by MORE Health through its websites, online medical platforms, and mobile applications (the “Services”). It does not apply to data collected offline MORE Health services or products.
The Services are a medical support service that let patients and physicians review patient medical information, and allow designated physicians around the world collaborate on second opinion and similar services for the benefit of patients.
The first time a user signs in to the Services, the Services asks the user to create a MORE Health account. To create a MORE Health account, a user must eventually provide personal information such as name, date of birth, e-mail address, address, postal code, phone number, gender, and country/region. Depending on which features a user uses, s/he may be asked for additional information for that feature.
We will use the e-mail address provided by a user when the user creates their MORE Health account to send them an e-mail requesting that they validate their email address, to send updates about MORE Health products, and to send notifications related to the Services.
A password is used to help protect user accounts and personal information, and it is each user’s responsibility to keep their password confidential. Users should not share their password with anyone. If a user shares a computer with anyone then they should always log out before leaving a site or service to protect access to the user’s information from subsequent users.
A MORE Health account allows users to review health information about themselves and their patients, and to participate in second opinions and similar services. Examples of the types of information stored include:
Some of the information stored in the records is highly sensitive, and users need to consider carefully with whom they choose to share the information. This information includes the health information of the user or of patients, and users may be subject to criminal and/or civil penalties if they share this information, intentionally or unintentionally, with unauthorized third parties.
We use personal information collected through the Services, including health information, in the Services, and as described in this privacy statement. We do not use or disclose users information except as described in this privacy statement.
In support of these uses, MORE Health may use and disclose personal information:
MORE Health may access and/or disclose personal information if we believe such action is necessary to: (a) comply with the law or respond to legal process served on MORE Health; or (b) protect the rights or property of MORE Health (including the enforcement of our agreements).
Users have the right to object any processing taken on the basis of legitimate interest. If you choose to not have your data used for marketing, promotional, or any other purposes, you can “opt out” by submitting a written request to any of the addresses listed in section VI.
MORE Health will not share any of personal information in such a way that it can be used to personally identify a user.
Decisions based on data are made by natural persons and are never automated.
Personal information stored in the Service may be processed in the United States or any other country in which MORE Health or its affiliates, subsidiaries or service providers maintain facilities.
We may process information relating to transactions, including purchase services, that you enter into our website. The transaction data may include your contact details, your card details and the transaction details. The transaction data may be processed for the purpose of keeping proper records of those transactions.
Users choose whether to create an account with the Services. The required Services account information consists of a small amount of information such as your name, e-mail address, region, and Service credentials. We may request other optional information, but we clearly indicate that such information is optional. Users can review and update their account information. Users can modify, add, or delete any optional MORE Health account information by signing into the Services and editing their account profile.
Users can close their MORE Health account at any time by signing into the Services and editing their account profile. MORE Health waits 180 days before permanently deleting Services account information in order to help avoid accidental or malicious removal of users’ information. A user should Contact Customer Service if they want to reopen an account. Users should consider deletion carefully, because MORE Health will not be able to reopen it.
MORE Health is committed to protecting the security of users’ personal and health information. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect users’ personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. All of our communications and medical data are transported over a secure 128-bit encrypted TLS 1.2 channel. All of our personal and medical data, and Protected Health Information (PHI) is stored and encrypted with 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES).

MORE Health uses cookies with the Services to enable users to sign in and to help personalize the Services. A cookie is a small text file that a web page server places on a hard disk. It is not possible to use cookies to run programs or deliver viruses to a computer. A Web server assigns cookies uniquely to each user and only a Web server in the domain that issued the cookie to the user can read the cookies.
One of the primary purposes of cookies is to provide a convenience feature to save users’ time. For example, if a user personalizes a Web page, or navigates within a site, a cookie helps the site to recall that user’s specific information on subsequent visits. Using cookies simplifies the process of delivering relevant content, eases site navigation, and so on. When a user return to the Website, they can retrieve the information they previously provided, so they can easily use the site's features that they customized.
A user has the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but users can usually modify their browser setting to decline some or all cookies if they prefer. If a user chooses to decline all cookies, they may not be able to use interactive features of this or other Web sites that depend on cookies.
Users must promptly notify MORE Health if their credit card, user name, or password is lost, stolen, or used without permission. In such an event, we will remove that credit card number, user name, or password from the user’s account and update our records accordingly.
We may occasionally update this privacy statement. When we do, we will also revise the "last updated" date at the top of the privacy statement. For material changes to this privacy statement, we will notify users either by placing a prominent notice on the home page of the MORE Health website or by sending users a notification directly. We encourage users to review this privacy statement periodically to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. A user’s continued use of the Apps constitutes a user’s agreement to this privacy statement and any updates.
By choosing to visit this website and use the Services, a user agrees that any dispute over the terms of this Agreement is governed by California law, excluding California's choice-of-law rules, and the user agrees to abide by the limitation on damages contained in our terms of service or other agreements with MORE Health. THE EXCLUSIVE VENUE FOR ANY DISPUTE RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT IS SAN MATEO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA. A USER AND US CONSENT TO THE PERSONAL JURISDICTION OF THESE COURTS. Nothing in this Agreement limits either party's ability to seek equitable relief.
