MORE Health Sponsors the 2018 USCIPP Trade Mission to China

Foster City, California. October 15, 2018 – MORE Health, an international telemedicine company, announces it has sponsored the 2018 US Cooperative for International Patients Program (USCIPP) Trade Mission to China. With the sponsorship, MORE Health continues to connect physicians, hospitals and patients across the globe to healthcare by using its HIPAA-compliant, cloud-based platform.

USCIPP operates in collaboration with the International Trade Administration of the US Department of Commerce to promote and maintain ChooseUSHealth, the official branding initiative for American healthcare backed by the US federal government.

Ted Bukowski, MORE Health SVP, Provider Partnerships, said: "MORE Health shares a common mission with USCIPP and ChooseUSHealth: fostering collaboration between our US academic medical centers, hospitals and health systems, together with international physicians and institutions to promote and improve patient outcomes in complex diseases."

The summit will be held in Guangzhou and Wuhan, China, spanning over six days in November 2018. China-US Hospital Development Forums will take place in each city bringing together USCIPP staff and members, local hospital partners, invited hospital leaders and physicians, government officials, industry executives and USCIPP’s partners in China. The summit will focus on cross-border hospital collaboration and clinical improvements, with an emphasis on cancer and GI-related diseases. Hospital visits and tours will also commence in both cities.

“Through our trade missions, USCIPP helps to bring US expertise to areas of need across the world,” said Jarrett Fowler, senior manager of USCIPP. “MORE Health’s sponsorship is helping us expand these opportunities for our member organizations.”
